This website does not accept case uploads or use advertising trackers. Hosting infrastructure may process operational request logs, such as IP address and browser information, for delivery and security.
Private case design
Cases are private by default. Original testimony, media, and identifying details must be restricted to the reporter and authorized roles. Precise location has a separate storage choice.
Separate choices
Storing a case, identity, precise location, expert sharing, research, anonymized research, referral, publication, and media publication are separate permissions. Research and public posting are not conditions of analysis.
Retention and control
Before public intake launches, retention periods, verified data-export and deletion processes, and infrastructure providers will be published. Use the privacy contact below for questions; do not email identity documents or private case evidence.
Security limitations
No system can promise absolute security. Production intake remains gated on storage, access-control, abuse-protection, backup, and recovery verification. This draft is not represented as attorney-reviewed.
